Since I stopped using birth control two years ago, tracking my cycle and reconnecting with the ancient wisdom of my body has been a profound healing journey. Embracing the seasons and marvels of the female body has been like medicine for my soul.

I now feel deeply connected to my body, my womb, my yoni, and my inherent power as a woman.

It’s truly a gift.

Our cycle holds immense power, which is precisely why society—shaped by patriarchal norms—has conditioned us to see it as “gross” or “inconvenient.”

But the truth is, when we connect with our bodies and cycles, whether through self-love practices or otherwise, we tap into our power. The power of creation.

By reclaiming our bodies and rewriting our stories, embracing every part of ourselves instead of rejecting and shaming it, we unlock a path to wild liberation and profound self-love.
