My Journey to Healing and Movement Medicine

My career path has taken a transformative turn through my journey of self-exploration. From a background in modeling, hair, and makeup, I’ve evolved into a healer and movement medicine practitioner.

The seeds of this change were sown long ago, but it’s only now that they’re truly blossoming. Looking back, I realize that the modalities, tools, and teachings that now captivate me have been trying to catch my attention for years. Yet, caught up in the whirlwind of my external world, I mistook these signals as fleeting thoughts, often overlooking their deeper significance.

As I dive deeper into my passions—studying psychology, Tantra philosophy, embodied movement, and الطاقة healing—I’m embracing creative expressions like painting, writing, dancing, and playing. This journey constantly reminds me of moments from my past when these passions called out to me, but I was too preoccupied to listen.

Many of the الممارسات I now cherish were rooted in my childhood passions. I loved to sing, dance, mix potions, and immerse myself in the world of magic, inspired by icons like Matilda, Practical Magic, and Sabrina the Teenage Witch. I once believed I had magical powers, and in a sense, my inner child was right—the magic within us is real.

I’ve come full circle, reconnecting with those childhood interests and allowing them to guide me now. This message is a gentle reminder to pay attention to the sparks in your life. The things that repeatedly call to you are nudges from your higher self, guiding you on your path. Even if you’re not ready to act, acknowledge them and let them simmer.

The universe will keep sending you these signs until you listen. I had to ignore them for a while to fully appreciate them now, but recognizing these repeating nudges feels deeply rewarding. It fuels my commitment to explore every aspect of this journey.
