It’s not about dieting, skincare routines, workout plans, or feeling great in an outfit. It’s not about receiving male attention or celebrating the approval of other women. My transformation goes much deeper—it’s about reconnecting with my body, heart, and soul.
I’ve embraced every part of myself. I’ve stopped making myself wrong for feeling certain emotions and started welcoming them with open arms. I’ve been unraveling all the ways I was conditioned to believe what it means to be sexy as a woman and redefining that narrative on my own terms.
The truth is, this year I’ve barely worn clothes. My nails are natural, my hair wild, and I’ve reclaimed my body hair. I’ve challenged the conditioning of what “men want” and instead asked myself—what do I want? And it’s been so empowering.
This 7 week programme is an embodied exploration, of the facets of the feminine, through the lens of sexuality. Click the image below to book your place.
From a young age, I adhered to societal standards: always waxed, polished, and striving to feel “clean and smooth.” My hair was constantly cut and colored, my nails were always perfectly painted, and I punished my body through restrictive diets and intense workouts, all to fit into the box of what I thought was “normal.”
But through rediscovering my sexuality during my Sex, Love & Relationship Training with Layla Martin, I’ve reconditioned my beliefs through deep self-love and acceptance. At 30, I feel more vibrant and alive than ever. I’ve tuned into what truly feels good, slowed down, listened to my body, and redefined what sexy looks like to me.
Sexy is an inside job. It’s not in your appearance, the number on the scale, or how perfectly groomed you are. It’s about how you nurture yourself, care for your heart, and honor your emotions. True confidence and sexual empowerment come from tending to your inner world.
It’s not about the extra five pounds, perfect nails, smooth skin, or defined abs. It’s about something much deeper and more unshakable. A woman who is in love with herself radiates a glow that lights up a room, simply through the sparkle of self-worth in her eyes.
