In 2016 I found myself on the banks of the Lago Di Argentina in Patagonia, barefoot, walking into the water, praying to God, BEGGING to feel something, anything.<\/span><\/p>\n

I am a feminine being at my core. My heart is feminine, my energy is predominantly feminine, and somewhere along the line, in childhood, I learnt that it wasn’t safe to express myself, my creativity, my full expression. I learnt that my fullness, my loudness, my unapologetic nature was not accepted in society, essentially learning that I can lose love if I am my full self.<\/span><\/p>\n

So I built a layer of protection.<\/b>
I learnt to wear masks, to people please, to self sacrifice for the sake of love.<\/span><\/p>\n

This led to me self sacrificing in a long term relationship, so desperate to hold onto the love, that I lost myself.<\/span><\/p>\n

I couldn’t even name 5 things that made me happy. I couldn’t name even 1.<\/span>

I was totally numb.<\/b>
Abusing my emotions and my expression by pushing them down and down to the point I felt nothing.<\/span><\/p>\n

I felt lost.<\/b>
Like I didn’t have a purpose. Like I was in my life but I was not LIVING my life.\u00a0<\/span>

I felt lonely.
<\/b>I just wanted to be loved. To love and be loved in return.<\/span><\/p>\n

I felt guilty\u00a0for saying no or doing the things that I wanted to do.<\/span><\/p>\n

I felt shame\u00a0around my body, restricted in how it’s \u2018acceptable\u2019 for me to move.<\/span>
Picking myself and my physical appearance apart.<\/span><\/p>\n

At the time, I couldn\u2019t find anyone that I resonated with.<\/span>
I was reaching out for a hand to grasp, and there was nothing.<\/span><\/p>\n

So I looked to myself.<\/span><\/p>\n

I spent YEARS, delving deeper into spirituality, rituals, habits, books, videos, meditation, journalling trying to uncover who I was.<\/span><\/p>\n

Learning the painful lessons that pushed me deeper and deeper into my purpose and passion (that I had begged for), learning the tools that would heal my broken heart.<\/span><\/p>\n

The lessons that our outer world perfectly reflects our inner world, and how to harness that, how to witness that and how to truly love every aspect that shows up in my human experience.<\/span><\/p>\n

Six years of serious boots on the ground learning, personal growth, heartache and heartbreak to FINALLY get to a stage of compassion and love for myself.<\/span><\/p>\n

This 7 week programme is an embodied exploration, of the facets of the feminine, through the lens of relationship to the masculine.<\/p>\n
