To love someone as a human often means loving the reflection of yourself that they show you. Their treatment of you mirrors back your understanding of love. But what exactly do we understand love to be? What is the true essence of love?
Do we really grasp what unconditional love means?
What does it feel like?
This 7 week programme is an embodied exploration, of the facets of the feminine, through the lens of sexuality. Click the image below to book your place.
In relationships, we tend to choose partners who reflect what we’ve learned love to be, not necessarily what love truly is.
It looks and feels like love.
But it’s not always real love.
Our early lessons in love come from our parents—the love they showed us, and the dynamics we observed between them. These childhood experiences often shape the blueprint for how we approach love as adults.
Even the way our parents loved themselves can influence how we learn to love ourselves.
As children, we mimic to learn.
So, what is the true meaning of love?
Unconditional love?
Love without conditions.
It’s not easy to grasp.
When we examine it closely, we notice how our feelings for someone can change based on their behavior.
We withdraw love when they hurt or disappoint us.
“Love knows no limits.”
But when we truly choose love—not the person, not the relationship, but love itself—everything changes.
When we commit ourselves fully to love, practicing it as an art, over and over again…
We become love itself.
Love flows through us like an энергия. It’s something we are, not something we possess.
Love isn’t ours to claim.
It begins when we choose it.
Radically. Unconditionally.
When we choose to love ourselves first, allowing the ever-present force of love to flow through and surround us—whether you see it as божественный, cosmic, or universal—we become one with love.
The only person who can take that away from you is you.
So, what does choosing love mean to you? How will you choose love today?
It’s not easy, trust me.
When you’ve spent years operating in cycles of conditional love—thinking, “They will love me if…” or “I will love them as long as…”—choosing real love can mean walking away from what you think you want, or who you think you want, and betting on yourself.
It means tuning into your body, heart, and soul—trusting these deeper senses over the logical stories you’ve told yourself.
It means standing up and saying, “I choose love.”
Love is about merging with all that is.
The true meaning of love is remembering your wholeness.
The oneness within you that connects with the entire universe.
To dissolve into the stars, becoming one with them. No separation.
To melt into music, until you lose the boundary between your body and the melody, merging with an endless flow of harmony and bliss.
To see others not as separate, but as mirrors of yourself—reflections of your consciousness and the collective consciousness.
They are you, and you are them.
What you criticize in others also lives within you.
When we realize that we are all part of the same human experience, we meet each other with compassion, joy, and curiosity—seeing everything and everyone as an expression of the divine.
Everything in existence is a reflection of a fragment within you.
You are both everything and nothing.
Let the pulse of love from the heart of the universe flow through you in every moment.
Even in grief, allow it to break you open, creating space for love to seep in.
How can we open ourselves to love even more deeply? Especially in our darkest hours?
Love is everything.
Love is within you.
Love flows through you.
Love is you.
It was never outside of you, dear soul—it was always within.
It’s already yours.
